Festivities on Dubai World Cup day end with the spectacular Dubai World Cup show and live music concert. In 2017 international recording artist, SIA performed for the very first time in the UAE at the Dubai World Cup.
The Longines Dubai Schema Classic, one of the most important races of the Dubai World Cup took place on Saturday and was won by Jack Hobbs ridden by William Buick. The Swiss watch brand had the pleasure to offer a watch to the winning owner, trainer and jockey. The representatives of Arrogate, the winner of
the Dubai World Cup and the 2016 Longines World’s Best Racehorse, also received Longines watches to honour this performance. The same day, the winged hourglass brand awarded the Longines Prize for Elegance to Diana Ganeva, nominated as the most elegant lady of the racecourse.
